Wow, that's a pretty [censored] situation, you're really at fault here for letting all of that [censored] slide in the past. I mean throwing tantrums and being annoying is fairly common among college aged females, but pissing on [censored] is where I draw the line. This girl would not be allowed in my home without a diaper, she wouldn't be allowed to use any electronics unsupervised, in fact she wouldn't be allowed in my home unsupervised (imagine if shes pissing on your toothbrush or something, I couldn't take it). You either need to tell your friends that you're sorry but you cannot live with her anymore and you're breaking the lease and you DGAF about the penalties (this could be a bluff or a semi-bluff or totally true, doesn't really matter). Then I would tell scum that if she ever breaks or urinates on any of my possesions you're going to burn all of her [censored] and find some bull-dyke to beat the [censored] out of her.
