Yeah, we really need more info on what you're after. Generally speaking, take a long look at Westinghouse LCD tv's. They truly are every bit as good as most Toshiba, Sony, etc and cost 1/2 to 2/3 the price.

Depends how many things you plan on hooking up to it..
Here is a 42" Vizio 1080p LCD that costs the same thing with better specs for picture but has two less HDMI inputs
If you have a ton of devices to hook into it I'd want more HDMI inputs but I'd rather watch the Vizio..
With that said I have a 32" Westinghouse lcd that I really like.. I got it on black Friday for a sick price though..
