Depends how many things you plan on hooking up to it..

Here is a 42" Vizio 1080p LCD that costs the same thing with better specs for picture but has two less HDMI inputs

If you have a ton of devices to hook into it I'd want more HDMI inputs but I'd rather watch the Vizio..

With that said I have a 32" Westinghouse lcd that I really like.. I got it on black Friday for a sick price though..
