click on google
type "upload image"
click on the "allyoucanuplaod" site (prolly in the top 3 results)
upload an image
right click the image and select "view image"
copy the URL of the image
click on the post box in the forum
substitute the XXXX w/ the URL of the image like so:
[image]XXXXX[/image]
[image]www.myimage/blablabla.picture[/image]
