Somewhat dramatic for me. I'm East and felt it big time. My wife was in SJ at her sis's house and all the nephews were crying and they were under a table wondering wtf to do. Not much you can do, really, but wait and see if this is the 'big one'.
Verizon phone service was crap. Took 10 minutes to get her on her cell.
