It would seem that not all of the rooms are approaching this the same way. I just got this from Sun:

That's DOUBLE what it is now!
Here's a look at the new rake back scale:
Min. MPP Max. MPP Net Rakeback
0 7,999 40%
8,000 10,999 45%
11,000 and above 50%
Remember, Net Rake is the total Rake times 77.5%

This is actually slightly better, since 40 * .775 = 31...they're basically just removing the bottom tier.
