Do you really need to give all this detail for a help wanted ad? Why don't you go through some of the other help wanted ads that are allowed to remain and do something similar?
It looks to me like you just want to brag about being a rich 20 year old that can afford an assistant. Part of me hopes you get taken to the cleaners (and post about it).
