First hand looks fine. Given your characterization of opponent, I think it's right to look him up.

Second hand, I'd probably cap third. I'm not convinced that fifth is a fold. Seat 4 should not have a flush. Perhaps he called three bets on third with a three-flush when two of his suit were gone, but if he did that, presumably he'd call three bets with a lot of other crap. You shut down after your initial raise on third, so the raiser may well think you have something other than Aces. I'm guessing he could be raising with a lot of things to isolate the live one. The hand that makes the most sense is rolled Sevens, but I'm not necessarily going to give him credit for those right away. I don't think it's a terrible fold, but I'd probably call and hope.
