Unless villain is 3-betting garbage like A4/A2/22/44 the only hands you really should be worried about are AK-AJ. Most people will slow down on the turn with AJ+ because of the possible straight, so I think this will be a bluff pretty often.
After you call the turn, you really cant fold the river. So you really should be asking what to do on the turn here.
Shoving the flop is almost definitely +ev in a 6 too.
