Default JJ vs. thac, turn question

posted this hand in uNL but wanted to see what SSNL hand to say. Villian is thac, I have him at 17/14, he seems faily abc. Only history is a few small pots and then he stacked me when I got KQ ai on a J10x flop against his J10(oops). Not sure what his read on me is.

Hero???
check folding feels weak because I think he's capable of floating and this is a perfect card to bluff.
check calling is tough because I'm OOP and have no clue were I'm at on the river
Betting folds out worse/only gets called by better.
So what do you do on the turn here?
