I didn't just "divide it up". Most kids who run a 10.9 in the 100m run a 4.7-4.8 in the 40.

This is extremely incorrect RedBean. Those kids would run a football 40 in the 4.5 range. If you mean they would split 4.7 or 4.8 at the 40 yard mark in a 100 you are correct.
