I either view it as you're afraid of getting re-re-raised all-in or afraid to play a big pot from OOP if you're getting called and miss the flop.
Case 1: If you read on Villain is correct, he's probably 4-betting all-in light, and AQs is ahead of his range. So don't worry about calling a shove.
Case 2: Stacks are almost perfect for a go and go. If you re-raise to 1400, you'll have 2600 left to bet into a pot of 2850. Of course, you have to stick it in no matter what comes on the flop. If you flop a pair or better, you can sometimes just check and let Villain hang himself.
