Shove=raise to 1400ish imo, either way we're never intending to fold preflop. If we get coldcalled we don't particularly like it since I guess we have to make it a go and go but I don't think he folds better than AQ high very often. So I think shove is equal to raise.
It also seems pretty clear that shoving is definitely +cEV. The question is whether calling is more so. AQ is the sort've hand I like calling with 10x the raise amount, because the stack sizes are awkward for raising, and calling keeps in hands we dominate. However, here we're not slightly ahead of his range, we're waay ahead because it's a button raise. We're going to be lost if we miss & won't necessarily extract a huge amount with TPTK, so I think raising preflop is fine here.
So overall I think shoving is fine here, though calling/raising are also pretty close.
