Default 10/20 - Does the dead money in the pot warrant a semibluff?

This spot is kinda weird. Villians in the hand aren't regulars and both start the hand with 50-70BBs. I think they're reraising QQ/JJ preflop for value/protection most of the time because that's the way the game had been playing.

I wasn't going to c-bet this flop, I was just gonna c/f to any sizable bet. If I shove I think I get called by top two or better, maybe AQ, I think I can rep a set or even a straight with a shove here. And my hand takes away some of the combos for someone else flopping a straight. Is there enough money in the pot and do i have enough fold equity to make a shove profitable?
