I am still having my coffee so not fully awake but something isn't adding up.
OP was in the top 10 with 30-40 people left.
If there was a substantial outage wouldn't the 20-30 players below him also get blinded out?
That he reconnected and was down to 2-3BB and ended up then going out 25th implies that the outage was actually quite limited.
