Your relative position is just as bad as your absolute position.

19/15 is not that nitty. Any pair, any suited ace and any big ace as well as probably most two picture cards and a bunch of suited connecters are still in his opening range. He might think you will felt an overpair here and is able to call with any pair and perhaps a couple of drawing hands as well.

I think I like a bet/fold here. He's not pushing AT if he's decent so all you're beating if he pushes is Axss and TJss, but you're not exactly crushing those hands either. If he calls the flop I'm probably check/calling any non-spade turn.
