Did you realize that an NATVIVE INDIAN territory is its own entity, not subject to ANY of the juristictional laws. You can slip on a bannana peel placed there on purpose and break your neck inside their casino and have NO standing to sue. THAT is the reason the AP servers are located on INDIAN territory and so called "owned" by Joe Norton. Look it up, INDIAN TERRITORIES have a very unique legal arrangement because they were technichly there BEFORE the imposing governments around them.
