Regarding TOs...

I feel like the scale is tipped slightly more to the "no TOs" side, but I feel like the "yes TOs" guys feel stronger about it.

If people don't mind me just making an executive decision, I'd like to keep them. I had envisioned a 9-cat league when I first set this up, and if it's close to being even, I'd prefer to have them stay.
