Simply: Ax is never, ever, ever folding. KQ might not even fold. KK isn't in this hand.
Thus the correct strategy is to play for a big pot, starting with the flop (bet more). If they have neither of those 2 hands, you win with 9-high by betting. When he calls flop and you hit on the turn, you need to do a happy dance ASAP (while you hit the pot button). This is 100NL: your opponents don't think.
