back in the news apparently because her ex-husband has written a book about the 'affair'.

What's set me off today is the talking head on one of the cable shows who said that the 14 y.o. was certain to suffer emotional scarring and be distrustful of authority and all of that. W.T.F.!?! You want to know what was emotionally scarring when I was 14 you [censored]? Having pimples and getting slapped for trying to cop a feel was what was emotionally scarring when I was 14! [censored]. Someday I'd like to ask one of these dopes why it's so easy for a female teacher to have sex with a 14 y.o. student:
