You can buy some beer in the Liquor Store. Anything imported and some domestic brands.

I saw someone mention the Brass Rail. I'd suggest For Your Eyes Only instead. If you get a change to go clubbing This is London, Ultra and CourtHouse. If you prefer a more Plato's Retreat type club check out Wicked. It looks like a dump from outside but you'll have fun.
