Protein Shake
Water, ice, 2 scoops protein powder, 1/2 yogurt, 1/2 frozen banana.


More exciting than it sounds. Also, BC+Sox+Pats+Law Firm Dinners means I've been drinking a ton lately, so I'm trying to balance that out with more exercise and healthier eating.
