Fine. Just shoving is probably the best way to play this in these games. Unless villain is aggro enough to 5 bet shove worse over a small 4 bet or unless you want to be able to 4 bet bluff small with other hands, then 4 bet shoving is probably best.
edit: didn't notice his 3 bet was so tiny. I guess you could just call or make a real bet.
