I actually thinking paying off here is the correct move, with those odds you only have to make this call and be right a very small percentage of the time to come out far ahead, sklanksy says "making a call when you are beat for one bet is a mistake, but folding when you havfe the best hand is a disaster" which means that in the long run folding here is actually probably -EV as crazy as it seems.
