No, your odds are 42 to 4. There are 46 cards, 42 are bad 4 are good. Your percentage (which is also your pot equity) is 4 out of 46 or 8.7%.

Think of it this way. Odds against are the ratio of bad outcomes to good outcomes. Percentage for is the ratio of good outcomes to all possible outcomes.
