if you play a lot with a bunch of regulars you should try to remain consistent with 12'ish bb's in this spot. it will become pretty obvious to them if you 2.5x/3x your monsters and push the rest.

so in this spot i sorta look at the opponents and 2.5x if they are mostly unknown and push if they are mostly regulars. but in general i like a 2.5x.

i check flop as well and fold to his push, although i have no idea why he would be pushing an ace.
