Honestly, I suck at maths beyond the basic level, so I don't know how to calculate this, to any degree of accuracy. It also brings up more problems which to get accurate results you'd need to know the answer.
How often would he stack off with TPTK? What does he put you on? What are the chances of him being delt AK, what exactly is the percentage of the time he is holding air restealing, and what percentage of the time has he got something? I just honestly don't know.
Even my above example is a little off, because there would be times when he calls and rivers you, there might be times when he would fold a K if he hits it worried about something or the other.
Flop could come QJT and you hit your set but get stacked, could pair the board etc.
