Default Fold to a limp/minraise with AJo preflop?

This is one of the situations in which I don't really know what to do. Villian is 18/3/0.61 over 200ish hands.

Should I have 3bet pf to find out where I stood? I've seen villian raise AJs UTG and he's rather passive; a limp minraise usually stinks of a big pp, but I'm getting such good pot odds, plus I'm in position. Does anyone like a fold pf?
