My bad I thought I remembered some girl drama a few weeks ago, guess it wasn't a "picking up girls" thing though.

My advice, gatorade, ibuprophen, video games. Maybe browse ebaum's world for a while. If you can force yourself to go workout that honestly helps a lot even though it prob sounds like the worse thing in the world.
