If you were headsup vs MP1 in position here, I would like the raise because his cbet looks weak and I will often raise it even without the draw. You have a player yet to act here and if he is loose he may stay in however. Your draw is not that strong and I would only really count the flush outs as clean. Even those arent to the nuts obv. Villain is making it cheap to draw. I would just call here.
