Everyone has been doing the NE/Indy lovefest but I'd say there's a gap between them as well. As for the rest, it seems like no one really wants to be there. The Steelers lost, the Titans tried their best to lose and the Jags didn't put up much of a fight against Indy.
I think I'd throw the Chargers in at 3 even with the bye, move 4-6 back and then reverse the order of 7-9 so..
