Personally I think the flop is a call. If your reads are good then I think you have the implied odds.

I dont really like the raise. If they're loose and dont know when to fold, you've not got any fold equity, which I think eliminates any reason to raise, apart from maybe disguising your hand which I dont think is important.

I think also you need to be very cautious about the ten coming out, you did point that out already though. Having the dumb end of a str8 when the board is 4-cards to a str8 really sucks, especially when the top card is a king =)
