Does anybody know what 'cold call %' mean?

Well I went through the PAHud and PT forums and it seems like there are problems with both of these stats.

Both use total hands as the denominator, not hands in which you are facing a raise. There are obvious problems with this implementation.

Cold Call does not include the blinds. It only includes pots where you have no money in to start with, and then call a raise.

Most useful of the coldcall is when it's under 0.5 it's basically only pocketpairs. Makes it a lot easier to play the hand.
Also when it's very high it makes it easier to doublebarrel as they will often call the flop with their 86s catching midpair.
