If you want to convince him on the turn that we have 444, then you'd have check raise him, and that wouldn't be the best idea with our AQ. Check calling, imo, also screams AQ.
This is a situation where we're betting for information, not as much value. Should he just call our bet on the turn i would be calling a shove on the river, since very few checkraise a set on the flop, and then slowplay it on the turn.
