I've started Othmer's book a few times and it's very dense and has a lot of charts and stuff and just doesn't look like any fun at all. Maybe some day I'll wade through it, but Canterbury Park rarely gets high-only stud games higher than $2/4 anymore, so I'm not feeling very motivated.
