I'm not 100% sure but i think mntbkr is corrrect on this one. The math is on the side of the 5bb player.

I HAVE watched many HU specialists..and many dont do this.
Maybe its just me, I get pretty tilted when there 5 BB starts to turn into more on BS hands. Perhaps if you can handle it the math works out....but I cant imagine its not close
