THAY3R is correct on both counts. This is definitely collusion. You aren't supposed to coordinating picks with any of your competition.

However, by the nature of the game, especially by your rules, you may just be effing yourselves over. It's not like a legitimate hedging situation where one of you has to win (unless of course you were picking opposite sides of the same game). You could be knocking one or both of you out prematurely.

Just keep picking on your own and if you are the final 2, you can split the winnings. That's the only legitimate agreement you 2 should be able to make.
