quick thing that comes to mind (probably because it happened to me) is they arbitrarily lock accounts sometimes with very vague explanations and take [censored] forever to unlock it

ditto. i haven't heard of this deeb thing but i've played on UB for a while and for the whole time they might have been unreliable and inconsistent but never had a serious problem. furthermore i've never heard of another player who has, in the end, lost their money.
