Default A4s 3 handed, raise pre, flop flush draw, now what?

Not a ton in the way of reads. Table just dropped from 6 to 3 players. Villain is 29/22/2.4, but I only have 41 hands on him. He attempts to steal about 50% of the time, so I think he's pretty aggressive.

I'm not sure what to do and why on the flop.

If we bet and get called, what do we do on a blank turn?
