You cant beat any ace (the pot would split), you cant beat a jack (which he may have called with on the flop) you cant beat a flush (again calls the flop) or a set. Basically, you cant beat anything. Villain has called your bets twice, meaning he probably has something. Seeing as the best case scenario is a split pot, i think this is a clear fold.
