Slim, how old are you? The facts seem to suggest that you're in your late 30s at a minimum, but your disposition suggests that you're 12. Some offices have rules against dating/sexing co-workers. This has absolutely nothing to do with adultery. Whether or not the fling is adulterous has zero bearing on these situations.

Mt bro told me this...he said specifically adultery. 2 single coworkers can have a relationship but not 2 people who arent married to each other.I have never worked in a company before so I have no idea.
