Circling Raven is an excellent value, I haven't heard it being ranked anywhere, but am not surprised it's near the top. Thing is, the casino isn't worth crap, and it's in the middle of nowhere. I think it's worth a trip, though, coupled with a stay at the Coeurdalene Resort and 18 at the resort course.
