my bro told me that in the US, a lot of companies have strict policies against office affairs especially when it is a boss with a subordinate. So much so that when the employee is hired, they have to sign a contract of some sort that they are not to engage in such behavior and it is grounds for dismissal. Also, if they were fired from a job for adultery, they would have a hard time getting another job bc they are black listed and would not likely be able to get references. Is this true/?
