I think we had the same ideas. I'm going to try a duck dish if I can find a fresh one, after I get the caricas and vanilla beans I ordered on Amazon.
I think fish could work, but pumpkin is kind of strong/heavy and could overpower a mild fish. But if used carefully it would be very good.
