I think the best thing for you to do is go play some nl ring games. Maybe 25nl or something, I'd play 6max, and just get a feel for hand values when deep and the types of hands that people stack off with. I don't know what your bankroll is, nl50 or higher may be better for your needs, but if you really don't know what you're doing the regulars at those levels may fleece you pretty good.
