I think calling is OK only if you plan to push over villain's c-b on most flops. So, his reraising range would need to be wide enough that he will miss most flops and your push will actually be with either the best hand, or with enough chips to make him fold when his pair has one or two overcards on the flop.

If his range is small for reraising, then fold because you can't profitably play for set value, and he probably won't fold often enough when you push over his cb.
