macromedia fireworks (or any similar programs)
its really quite simple
1. you take the pic u want to use an cut out the pieces u want moving (like arms)
2. you copy an uke on the pic
3. you copy the whole frame a few times (multiple frames = motion, like a filmstrip)
4. in the next frame, slighty move the arms etc
5. continue untill desired motion completed
6. export as animated .gif
7. post on BBV4L AND HAVE HUDGE UKE PARTY!
