This hand was played by a friend of mine last night. Im mainly curious as to what river line is best here.

My friend argued that c/r or c/c was good on this river. I said i felt that villians range is mostly marginal hands on the river such as 99 or a weak top pair. I feel like betting the river gets more consistent value from these types of hands that he may check behind. Im not sure if its bet/fold or bet/call. What do you guys think?
