Great post OP.

Everything in moderation.

Don't play so many hands that you don't have time to study.

Don't study so much that it's just head knowledge and never becomes practical.

Get out so you don't get burned out from playing/studying.

I have realized this same thing myself.
Some players can play 8 tables and are still bored.

I think any more than four and I start to lose reads and make worse decisions.

Maybe my hourly rate would be higher playing more tables but I want to develop and then move up.
