Default TP2K, raised on the flop...do I 3-bet?

Villain is 58/10

MP ($4.40)
CO ($14.20)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Flop: ($0.90) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.7, SB raises to $1.5, Hero calls $0.80.

Turn: ($3.90) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

River: ($3.90) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

So my thinking on the checkdown was: Check on the turn to keep the pot small, since he raised, then on the river the flush draw came in and I figured the only think I'm beating is a smaller queen, so I just wanted a showdown.

My question is: Was this line decent, and is it smart to reraise him on this flop?
