Those figures like the 63% you cite probably include people in community college, those that drop out after one year, etc.

This is really wrong. No way most top colleges have 90% 4 year graduation. I went to Cornell and most of my friends including myself graduated in 4 years or less but that's way, way too high. 90% is really, really high. Usnews reports 5 year grad rates if that's what your using.
